Natural Foods Like Fruit Promote Weight Loss!

The weight loss industry continues to blow my mind, day in and day out. With a new diet popping up nearly every single day, it’s no wonder that the general public is so confused on the subject!

Of course, one of the primary and truthful ways to lose weight, is to exercise. Without exercising, you don’t burn more calories than you take in, which equals more weight. Simple formula, really.

There is one thing wrong with the above statement. Know what it is?

LAZINESS!

If exercise was easy, wouldn’t we all be doing it? If I knew that the best way to lose my beer gut was to start doing push-ups, sit-ups, and run around the block, I would do it, right?

Wrong!

Exercising sucks, plain and simple. We all know it, and we all hate it. Of course, there is always the exception to the rule - as many people out there actually do exercise on a regular basis, but they are far outweighed (pun intended) by those who don’t.

That’s why we need to take a step back, and really come up with a way for all of us lazy, fat, near death couch potatoes can actually start shedding some pounds, without all the hype. Agree?

A Simple Solution

Since we’ve concluded and agreed that being lazy is enemy number one in our battle with weight loss, and also the fact that there is no magical pill that will shed weight for you, you’re about to be blown away by my simple, undeniably true solution.

What is the best approach for fat butts like us to lose weight?

Eat!

You’re probably thinking I’m crazy, but hear me out!

We’ve already established that we excel when it comes to eating, so why not use that to our advantage?

If we could merely change the way we eat, that, and that alone IS our magical pill to losing weight. I know giving up some foods (like pizza, fried chicken, pork chops) doesn’t sound all that great - but would you rather do a million sit-ups and run 3 miles a day instead?

Didn’t think so…

The best, and honestly easiest way to lose weight is to simply change the way we consume food. Instead of eating a package of doughnuts, eat a bag of oranges!

Who said we have skimp? We know we can’t cut down on food since we like it so much, so let’s use that to our advantage, shall we?

Just think, if every time you get ready to devour a bag of chips like a fat slop hog, you substitute that bag of chips for a bag of grapes. Grapes are good too! Yeah, they may not be greasy and fried, but at least after eating them you won’t be hungry afterwards. The trick is to get filled up by a healthy alternative food, instead of your regular junk, and the weight will start melting off - seriously.

Fruit is a great snack alternative, because it’s sweet, filling, and there are tons of different varieties to choose from! It’s cheaper than that five dollar bag of chips, and you won’t feel like crap afterwards.

I could go on and on about the benefits of eating natural foods, but the best resource I ever came across was the fat fighting foods website. i def agree with this..!!.. 1st i ate healthy noticed myself loosing weight, so then i added excersice, omgg it was suhc a upgrade to how i felt b4, now i feel great i love eating healthy & definitly love working out now, its just something that makes me feel bettter about myself without anyone telling me

This approach is very true. Low carb diets, especially the Atkins Approach, allow you to eat as much as you desire, so long as you only eat the allowed foods. By consuming the right balance of fats, proteins and carbs, you can switch your body from burning sugar for energy (glycosis) to burning fat for energy (lipolysis). Once you burn fat, you burn both the fat in your food (dietary fat) and the fat that you have stored. Also, your body requires more energy to burn 1000kcal of fat than 1000kcal of carbs. People that simply count calories are making a big mistake.

You are completely correct. Just eat less and eat better quality food. People always try to find the easy way out and still eat a horrible diet, but want to lose weight.
